"Does not preform services payed for. There is an investigation through state farm that they will be doing to her branch ."

We understand how important a COC is, and we know it was stressful to have your request delayed. At the time, our office did everything within our hands to help move the process forward; however, we weren’t able to complete it directly because we weren’t licensed in the specific state where the assistance was required.
We’re also frustrated that this initial request didn’t get the outcome you needed right away, and we’re sorry that it required escalation to receive the proper help. Ultimately, a resolution was reached, and we’re glad the issue was cleared.

"Failed and refused to provide a COC. my license is suspended because they refused to do their job. I have all the documentation stating that they would not provide it and they refused to let me talk to Elvia personally. Awful agency."
